Linda founded the Educational Research Institute (ERI) in 2001 and leads the company by developing strategies, making major decisions, and managing operations. She collaborates with educational and nonprofit institutions to identify and secure grants. Linda holds a master’s degree from UTB/TSC, and lives in Harlingen.

Accounts Recievable

Kristina Ubina manages incoming payments, ensures accurate record-keeping, and provides excellent customer service. Her responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and following up on overdue payments.

Jesse Vela, a member of our Grant Department staff, oversees grant applications, ensures compliance, and maintains accurate records. His duties include managing proposals, monitoring projects, preparing reports, and coordinating with departments for information.
